Slaves were an important part of the Islamic society. Though they were never actually considered as a part of the society by Muslims. The Muslim history does not support the claims made by Islamic apologists. Islam does not even give equal right to the Muslim women then how can we imagine it giving rights to slaves, especially from Africa. Koran 4:11 and 2:282 declare that a woman is only half the worth of a man in terms of witness and inheritance. We can then imagine the value and dignity of a slave in the Arab world.

Why aren't there any Black people in Iraq which was a centre of Arab slavery in the medieval period? It because the Black slaves were all castrated. This inhuman practice was done to control the population of the Black slaves.

Why is the Hindu Kush mountains called so? Hindu Kush means Hindu Slaughterer. The prisoners and slaves that Turkish invaders used to take from India were not able to survive the harsh conditions of the mountain ranges.

The Islamic society has always been an oppressive society. There is no space for non-Muslims or Kafirs in it.
